WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

In short - everything I know (and I have studied women's nutrition in depth) and what should be known to eat for health, well-being and weight. Separately, I have also paid attention to issues such as eating for women, both in relation to the cycle, pregnancy and aging.

 

Of course, weight reduction and comfortable long-term storage is one of the focal points throughout the project. Especially when combined with the short weight course.

The funny thing is that I used to spend so much time trying to find "special" weight loss secrets myself. And now it's hard for me to call them secrets, but I'm going to teach you everything you need to know about it so you can use it when you need it.

 

But the most important thing is that you will understand that nutrition is simpler, the basic rules are the same for everyone, only the nuances are different, which are individual for everyone. Therefore, there will not be one plan for everyone (logically), but you will improve your diet with foods that you already like and that you already eat on a daily basis.

 

You will look at food differently, without the good/bad division. You will get rid of emotional eating, prejudices, fears. You will gain motivation, self-confidence and energy.

It cannot be said that this project is a dream, but it has been thought about for a long time.

 

Over the course of 7 years, working with thousands of people, it can be seen that recipes and their adaptation to everyday life cause big problems for many. So far I've been helping each one individually with tips, but now I've put it all together in one place.

 

And I created this project with the idea of how to help solve this problem, so there won't be just bare recipes here. Because in today's world, recipes are more accessible than ever.

SIMPLY

 

The recipes will be simple, with a focus on quick preparation, simple products.

 

And you already know me - I like tasty and hearty food, I don't tolerate dry and tasteless food and I don't eat it myself. And such food is still healthy and balanced. And with such food you lose weight in the long term and permanently, because it is really tasty. Well, childhood delicious, grandmother's delicious.

 

This is a recipe and meal plan for the family because everyone will be eating. Because it will not be dry and with a wrong understanding of "healthy".

Balanced

Each recipe will have a story about why it is balanced, how to include it in the daily diet. Explanations of what and how to replace various ingredients if you don't like or eat something.

 

With this story, a better practical understanding of what is balanced, how much should be eaten, will be formed. Without weighing and measuring, of course. Just as in the Nutrition project I teach how to eat without weighing and measuring, here too it will be the same as a practical addition to the Nutrition project.

Plan

Along with the story about balance, there will also be a flexible diet plan to know how to "put" these recipes into your daily routine, what to eat for breakfast, what for lunch, what for dinner.

 

So that you have to break your head as little as possible, so that balanced eating does not require effort and thinking.

Cooking

And for each recipe, there will be a video preparation, close-up, with each step explained and shown.

 

Because many people stop cooking precisely because of ignorance, the fear of making mistakes. But with such explanations, it will work, even if it is up to you to prepare. In addition, these will be imperfect recipes, where even non-professionals will find it delicious.
