I am located in Latvia - small country in North Europe.
But I spend my vacations in California, San Diego.
My way to healthy lifestyle started after 2 pregnancies. I wanted to be fit and healthy and look good after 30 and 40..ect..  I also tried to get good shape after both of pregnancies with different diets and trainings.
 3 years before I started to study health, nutrition and fitness and understand what is healthy lifestyle, healthy weight, how to eat and prepare healthy meals .
 

I tried on my self and saw results (and still do this) what does mean eat healthy, balanced and almost like in restaurant - and still be in little calorie deficiency.

And I really want to share my opinion and results  with you! I want to help you to reach your goals with my knowledge.
